I was very scared at first because I’ve had long hair for a long time, and I thought that maybe, because of my hair type, it would be difficult. Plus, I don’t speak Japanese.
But it turned out to be a really good experience — the staff are very kind and professional. Being able to communicate in English is definitely a big plus.
The stylist also gave me lots of advice on how to care for and style my hair.
It was a radical change, and I’m really happy with the result.
